HY every one i just want to know if it's normal that an application still under concideration by the home office even after 6 month we submited an application and we still waiting for an answer my husband is here for more than 12 years and me for more than 7 years we have a 6 years old boy and a 8 month old girl we thought we have a chance to get dlr but now after more than 6 month waiting nothing happen we are getting worried and stressful plz can any one was or are in the same situation

There can be a million considerations for DLR applications. I don't think anyone can give you any specific advice on this matter. Better get advice from an immigration advisor/solicitor, who will be in a better position to guide you after considering all the aspects and immigration history.

Hello mi case is the same applied in January 2012 for DLR and haven't heard nothing after just the acknowledge letter, but will see how the new rules affect us... Good Luck with your case...

thanks for your answer we are in thes same situation then the only time we heard about the home office was when we recieved a letter from them it was in december hope we are not waiting for nothing i whish you all the best
