Personally speaking I think you are wasting yours as well as other peoples time, because in another post you have now asked about bringing your husband on a visitors visa, whereas you have posted some 8 times on here about a spouse visa.LoveMyBaby786 wrote:Also i want to ask when you fill out the form things that you have to submit with your application there will be a question on there asking something about the english test.. what would i write?
In certain countries visiting visa are issued in situation like yours, but in Pakistan, it is very rare or never for reasons of trust.LoveMyBaby786 wrote:I understand what you are saying, i dont think your being too harsh but whats the point of having a family visiting visa if they think the spouse isn't going to return? They should just cancel that visa then so obviously there must be some way that a husband can come visit his wife, or vice versa. My solicitor said it would be fine to get a family visiting visa. I wouldnt like on my application as I know how much of a risk that is.
I am going to apply under the new rules now as it seems even if i did apply now they wouldnt make a decision until 27 weeks (according to UKBA site) because of the rush and then when i appeal it'll take even longer so either way he wouldnt be here anytime soon.
Anyway its okay i didnt mind what you said, this is just what we have decided now, will just have to wait and see what happens, inshallah things will turn out okay
LoveMyBaby786 wrote:Hello when going to your appointment in Pakistan to submit documents for spouse visa can you pay by cheque?
Yes, according to the UKBA website you can pay by cheque. A bank cashiers cheque, not a personal cheque. The website says "You can pay your visa application fee by Demand Draft payable to the "British High Commission, Islamabad" or a cash payment (Rs) at the bank counter when you attend your appointment at a visa application centre". Although it isn't in the rules that you have to put your documents in a coherent order before submitting the application, you should really do so because you don't want to give a bad impression. If your husband puts all the documents in order then it won't look like you left everything to the last minute and then ran out of time. Surely it can't take more than 20 minutes to go through all the paperwork and order them. Please remember, there are many many applications the High Commission has to process. If they have to spend time making sense of what paperwork you have submitted, then a) it gives a bad impression, and b) they could make a mistake in the ordering (they are human after all), which could affect the decision. Additionally, by ordering the paperwork himself he will be sure he has included everything. I would have thought this is an obvious thing, but we don't all think the obvious when under stress.LoveMyBaby786 wrote:Okay he basically has original copy of bank statements and a letter from his employer, i'll get him to photocopy these himself and when he goes in to hand the documents to tell them one set is originals and one set is photocopies, they can put it in the right order themselves cant they or will husband have to do that before handing in the bundle of documents?
You DON'T need to book an appointment in advance. If you use the Gerrys permium service. Just go to their office and pay them Rs 3000, and they will let you in to do biometrics and submit the documents.angelkhan wrote:Just make sure u have an appointment with the embassy were u r going to submit ur case because if u dnt u wnt b able to do so [/u]
