I dont know about Lucknow university, but i was from BITS Pilani. However, I still got my Naric assessment stating that it is equivalent to UK Bachelors. I submitted the Naric assessment along with my application. This will make sure of two things
*) You will have no two thoughts in your mind.
*) Secondly, the case worker will have no reason to not believe it is not equivalent.

Hope that helps.

I have a Master degree in Engineering from an Indian University, this was evaluated by NARIC as comparable to UK Master degree. I think B.Tech degrees from recognised Indian Universities are comparable to UK Bachelor degree.

If you have enough time (1 or 2 weeks), you can get your degree evaluated by NARIC, this will give you full confidence while submitting your application.
