i had applied for hsmp in august time and got refused because they could not match the earning total.
anyway i did ask for review and got replied that your caluculation was right but you dont have full time study although they have given point for that but they still dint give me earnings point.
this happened in my second review,
i made fresh application 23rd oct 06
got the same reference no again
status is that is gone for verification check,
but my trouble is starting now
i have got student visa upto 31st january 07
although my course completes in may07
my question is should i wait for their decesion for hsmp or should i apply for extension of student visa?
what happens once i got extension and if god is really helping me this time got apprval for hsmp as well?i have to loose money for exptension of visa of student if i send by post £250 and in presence £500.
can you help me?
