Application form without signature

Hi every one , i am new on this forum and i really need help of you guys , actually i have applied for fiance visa and i have feelings that may i did not signed the declaration on application form ,
so if somebody do not signed application form , how long it can take British High Commission to send you back application as marked invalid , does it take weeks or months ,
as i had applied for my fiance visa on 3rd march 2012 and after 4 weeks i received text message from ukvisapk that my application is under process , and status still shows under process ,

so my main concern is if somebody forget to sign application form how long BHC takes to send application back to you,

Did you apply in an application centre or via post?

If app centre did someone look through your form as then they would have spotted a missing sig
