Documents check - ILR next week

Dear Friends,

I am alomst nearing the judgement day. Below is the list of documents that I have prepared. Please advice if this would suffice.

ILR route : HSMP(non JR) 2yrs+Tier 1 3yrs
Entered 30 days late. So will be using the modernised guidance.
2 dependants = wife and kid(born in India), Wife with me since Sept 2009

Documents:

1. The new Set(O) from
2. photos with names written on the back
3. Cover letter
4. 12 months payslip
5. 12 months bank statement
6. p60`s and HMRC letter
7. Absence sheet - 165 days - one of the visa stamp is smudged and not clear - not sure if this will be a problem
8. LIUK test results
9. Prev earning sheet - i have not included any over time pay for the past year, just the gross without any OT.
10. Degree Certificates
11. Marraige Certificate
12. kid`s birth Certificate
13. Points calc printout.
14. trying to get all my travel e-tickets.
15. original HSMP offer letter
16. HR letter confirming my name is shortened in payslips due to operational issues.( my full name is too long )

Cohab docs:

My bank statements - from 2009
My wife`s bank statements - from dec 2009
My credit card bills - 2010-2012
NHS letter for wife - 2010-2011
Tenancy letter - stating we both live there since sep 2009
Electrol registeration letter containg both names - 2012
water bills - my name - 3 years

(since wife has been a home maker, not many documents in her name, i have sourced my level best)
Extras:
carrying all the payslips and bank statements for the past 4 years
and some junk mails

I can tell everything is well prepared. You might want to take printouts of Immigration rules/policies as per below link(I will call him master):

Questions for everyone:

1. Where to get your total points for ILR application? Seems I can only find on their website link to Tier 1 extension.

2. I am using different name at work. HR letter states: 'Name: Cheryl Cole(also know as Ashley Cheryl Cole)'. Would this be enough? All my payslips is in the name of 'Ashley Cheryl Cole'( NI number is stated)
