tier 1extension-maintaining funds

my doubt is is i have dropped my visa and waiting for the reply....
so do i need to maintain funds till i get my visa.....will that effect me in anyway if queried or sent for appeal

any ideas plzzzz

Not sure what your question is ?
my doubt is about the maintainance funds £900

do i need to still maintain those funds till i get my visa

what if i am sent to appeal will th ejudge see whether the funds stiill there or only consider the claim period

as per rules you are not suppose to keep maintenance fund intact once you have applied. but it is a good idea to leave it as it is because, god forbid, for some reason your application is considered invalid or rejected and you decide to reapply you will need to show maintenance fund for previous 3 months from date of your re application
