hi everyone,i came to the UK via visitor student visa.In may i got married with my litvanian girl friend.can I apply for a residence card?my visa doesnt allow me to switch in to any other immigration status.Do i have any right to apply for a residence card?my visa is up to 11 months it valid in september.please help me.

You cannot marry on student visitor visa.

Student vistor Visa cannot be switched into any other category not even a Tier 4. So take your newly wedded wife to your home country and apply for a visa from there.
