ILR 10 Year rule dependant

Post by vikramvvs » Sat Jul 14, 2012 5:39 pm

Hi All

I got my ILR on 25/06/12 and received on 04/07/12.

My wife is on Tier -1 dependant visa which will expire on 17/11/12.

If I apply FLR(m) on 10/08/12, do they consider my wife as overstayed as I have changed my status from Tier 1 to ILR.

Please reply

Many thanks

Thank you Jagoo

I have asked one lawyer on Saturday. He said some IO will argue and consider the case as overstayed.

I would like to request from everyone...can any one explain and give me the answer according to Immigration Rules...

I was also searching all the Immigration rules and regulations..But couldnt find any such rule..If any one found please reply..

Many Thanks
