which sub category needs to choose under Tier 2 General

Hi,

My potential employer ask me if i know which category they need to select under Tier 2 General.

I am already on Tier 2 and my new employer wants to create a Unrestricted COS for me.

1. In step 1 they selected (Tier 2 ).
2. In step 2 they selected (Tier 2 General).
3. In step 3 they have 5 options (Switching Immigration category/Extensions/New Hires £150k+/Changes of employment/Tier 4 Graduate Switching).

New Hires £150k+ and Tier 4 Graduate Switching is not applicable on me, Extension i guess if for those who are already with same employer and wants to extend their stay.

I am not sure about Changes of employment and switching Immigration category options ?
