ILR question!!

Hi guys,
Do you think people who have a premium service appointment for ILR on the day of the strike next week will be ok, or would the appointment be cancelled??!!

The Strike is planned for 24 Hrs on Thursday 26th July, just before the start of Olympics. Also there is another note

'PCS union members will take other forms of action from July 27 to August 20, including working-to-rule and an overtime ban'. What does 'working to rule' mean?

I think the strike mainly involves the immigration officer at the airport and not so much at the HO. This is what i heard over the radio.
