sorry i got a quick question which will clarify my doubt.
1) your husband applied for ILR and got in JAN 2012, as long residence applicants cannot include dependents application, so he might have included your application on a separate flr(m) i suppose with covering letter ...
2) If this is the case how you get FLR m visa in jan 2012, that was quick , can you elaborate how this was done as i travel in same boat, this will help me to file my application because my visa and my wife visa finishing at same time.
but i think i got anwser for your query, you are eligible for ILR if you are dependant as PB migrant for 2 years.
