6. NHS Registration card of my wife and mine.
7.Council Bill
8. Nikaahnama translation (Marriage Certificate)
9. Original Nikahanama
10. Notarized copy of Nikahnaama
Some point still not confident but finally decided this but still any suggestion are welcome

- Main applicant form point A2(Contact address), section 5 address provided space not enough so added box to provide full address.
- Dependant application C3 Do you have any passport or travel document which contains previos grant of leave or which you used when you last travelled to UK?
Most members suggested NO so ticked No on this one
- Dependat application I3 and J2 (address field) added boxes again.
