What is required here, is information about your current immigration status & information pertinent to the application you have made. E.g. How long have you been in the UK & under which immigration category(s), When does your current leave to remain expire, etc.... The information you have provided is insufficient for anyone to comment on.stella4u207 wrote:I SUBMITTED FLR (0) NOVEMBER 2011 AND I RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER.SINCE THEN I HAVEN'T RECEIVED OR HEARD ANYTHING FROM THE H.O .MY OLDEST CHILDREN FATHER HAVE RESIDENT PERMIT,WHILE MY YOUNGEST CHILD FATHER IS A BRITISH.AM CONFESS AND WILL LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS MY CHANCE.[/b]
Stella4u207. My understanding is you can't use FLR (0) form to apply for indefinetely leave to remain (IRL). For IRL application you have to use other form for settlement status.stella4u207 wrote:@ Diggingdeep is on the ground of flr (0) indefinite leave to remain.
