From July 1, 2012, until January 2013, Citizenship and Immigration Canada will temporarily stop accepting applications to the Federal Skilled worker program.

Individuals with an Offer of Arranged Employment, as well as individuals applying to the PhD stream, are still able to apply. :shock: :shock: :shock:
