Tier-1 Entrepreneur - Separate Dependent Application Form

Hello,

I'm applying for a Tier-1 Entrepreneur Visa from outside the UK. My Wife will be joining me if the application is successful and I've indicated this in my application. What I've understood is that both our Passports would be submitted with the online Application (plus required documents) and if approved, we would both receive the Entry Visa.

However, I've come across a separate application form for dependents and wanted to ascertain if this is for applications from within the UK only or also for those outside the UK. I'm posting a link to the relevant UKBA webpage.

Your wife needs to make her own application and pay the relevant fee. There is a separate paper form which can be found here-

although if you are applying online she just completes her own online application. The form in the link you have provided is for in country applications.

Hi , I need some more information in order to reply your question.

1. do u wants to bring your wife in UK as your dependent or as Enterpreneur team. ?

Either way you should apply togather only diffrence is if she is part of team then you should fill up same as your application form show yourself as team member in her form and show her as team member in your form.
both of you need to show maintinence funds for yourself.

if you wana bring her as dependent then you have to use dependent application form. and also she can apply latter on once you r in uk. hope it would help

Thank you for the responses. She will be applying as a dependent only. I'm using the VAF10 form the link that Greenie shared earlier.
