Post by shieldguy » Mon Aug 06, 2012 4:18 pm

Hello I have a face to face apporintment for Indefinite Leave to Remain I am currently on Tier 1 General and now I had completed my 5 years

After reading Homeoffice web site I had the following list of items to attached

1. Employer letter confirming salary, job type
2. 12 months Pay slips
3. 12 Months bank statement
4. passport
5. appication form

I believe that english language and education documenst not required as I had already provided them when I get the Tier 1 General visa 5 years back.

please let me know if this list is ok or do I need any changes in it

Thanks

as such P60 is a supportive document only, nowhere mentioned that it is compulsory. if you search the forum about non availability of P60, you will get plenty of similar questions and answers to them. better to have it than repent later.
