Set O Guidance - Tranisitional arrangement for BRP

Post by wpilr_nov12 » Tue Aug 07, 2012 10:23 am

Experts, I am reading Set (0) Guidance Notes (Version 07/2012) - Page 10 (url http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... o04091.pdf ), right column:

Transitional Arrangements6. If you were not required to apply for a Biometric

Residence Permit at the time of your application
and you are notified before 1st December 2012
that you will be granted limited leave to remain or
indefinite leave to remain, you will receive a UK
Residence Permit.

My situation - back in 2007, nor later, have I been required to apply for a BRP. Does this clause then affect me, with anticipated ILR decision before 1st Dec'12? Or Do I, by default, get enrolled for one (at PEO)?

Thanks
Please do not send me PM if I haven't sent you one yet.

Hi

You'll get enrolled by default for a BRP.

Hope fully this will answer your question.

Good luck for your ILR.
