Could you please help me with my query..
I applied for my PR card (EEA4 route) as I have completed 5 years residency in UK since 2007 (May). I sent the application on the 5th of July and received by UKBA on the 6th of July 2012. I did not yet receive the COA.
I am hoping to go on holidays on the 22nd of August 2012 and my current 5 years EU spouse residency card expires on the 15th of August 2012. I have requested our passports and they have sent them back with the 5 years residency card ( above).
My question is, If I travel after the expiry date of my current 5 years residency card with my EU spouse on holidays, will I be able to come back to the country, or will I need to do EU permit before coming back. I am travelling on Holidays to Austria which is were my EU spouse from and I am a Canadian citizen.
