Its Been 11 weeks awaiting decision for my husband and still no news.

Its frustrating to see some applications got processed within 15 days in June and we have been waiting 3 months.

Anyone who applied in May, Please let me know when you get news.

Hate seeing arrived at visa section for 3 months!

It's 11 weeks for us tomorrow.

I'm getting very angry now tbh. I would like to know also why in some countries they get an answer within 3-5 days and us lucky to get an answer in 60 days. We pay the same amount so why should treatment be different.

Ok rant over lol

I dont understand how some applications got processed within 15 days and We have been waiting 3 months.

The worst thing is we don't know how much longer its going to take.

Is there some sort of order or do they just pick up applications randomly :|

Cant help but think my hubbys application is in a messy pile some where :(

I just hope they didn't lose any applications with all these 'building work' that's going on in Cairo right now.

Like I said a few days ago, someone who applied 7 may got her positive response 18 July so I did hope that I would of heard something this weekend but it was not to be

worldbridge are pretty useless, i know from experience. they will send you a generic reply saying you have to wait 60 working days, then after 60 days they will use some rubbish excuse, probably the building works!!

i think we all need to see our mp's and ask them why it always takes so long from Egypt but in other countries its a couple of weeks

I wonder how many made applications before the deadline.

I'm wondering now if they are making checks on my husband as he travelled to America many times before. Who knows lol I'm just making excuses for them now lol

Wait??? Personally I've waited long enough between waiting for my husband to get his army release papers to now waiting for this visa, we have been married for 4 years and been together for 5. We have a 3 year old daughter, so excuse me if I sound rude however I've done my time in waiting!

To be honest we can't do anything . We all at the same situation . its not easy to be apart from my wife and I am looking for family life with my wife and our baby ...
but its your rules and government .
rules In eea country or American is easy I think they care about families . not like UK every year make it so hard and new rules without thinking what this rules might do with family .

If I realised how is hard I would put condition In marriage contract we should live In Egypt together .

Pray and ask Allah for all

Really a condition in marriage contract, I find that very strange. Yes Egypt is a nice place to visit but I would never raise my child there, to get the best education, medical care and just general quality of life Egypt doesn't offer this unless you have a lot of money to pay for it.

I really do pray that you get your visa soon because believe me being without your wife is one thing but apart from ur child for 3 years is hell!

Condition in marriage contract, now that is funny.

Not strange what I said . a lot of Englishs married to Egyptians and live In Egypt having very good life together . About education and medical care there are international schools and hospital In Egypt . You might saw bad side In Egypt only . In every where you can find bad and good even the UK

I am apart from my wife and son it means we are In same hell . being apart from my son killing me every second .

I've not seen the bad side, my home is in a nice little street in Alexandria, I know there are good schools I would want my kids to go to the best in kafr abdo. I have been to the best hospitals in louran and smouha but my point is all this cost a lot of money :)

I have never been to sharm now I believe this is a side of masr I would not like.
