Hi, I am employed full time and am self employed as well as do some contractual job. what do i write/select on my tier 1 extension form?? self employed or employed??

If you are employed full-time (normally a 40 hour week) you can select employed, and your self-employment can be considered as ancillary. Otherwise, if you work less than 20 hours you can select both the employed and self-employed boxes.

If we don't select any option then what do you to tell them to consider the self employed income

You 'tell them' [sic] in section J5 by providing evidence of your income in that capacity.

39 hrs a week employed, Also it says the accountant that summarises the accounts should be from a specif body, wanted to know if Associate of the Federation of Tax Advisers accountant are valid, because my accountant is an Associate of the Federation of Tax Advisers.
