Green Card Query plz

Hi, My wife is acca part qualified - she has only 1 exams left to be fully qualified. She is on Stamp1A at the moment and has a job also. Her employer is willing to apply for a greencard for her as accountant. Can she apply for the greencard now before completing the acca final exams ?

If anybody has applied for greencard same situation previously plz let me know.

Hi Ashley_m,

There is not such a requirement of a degree. The requirement is that you have to prove that u have the relevant requirements. if your wife attach the passed exam transcripts / degree she would be fine. Also check more information on : http://www.djei.ie/labour/workpermits/

DId your wife got green card or not???

As i am in same situation and dont know weather i should apply or not....

Pls let me know....as i am part qualified accountant and my employer is offering me 30k package with 2 year contract.
