TIER 2 ILR - Am I Eligible

Hello Members,

I have completed 5 Years under (WP + Tier 2 ICT) and want to know whether I am eligible for ILR or not.

Came in 2006 Oct on Work Permit
1. First entry clearance on Work permit for one year on Oct 2006
1. Renewed visa from here and got Residence Permit for one year till 11 Oct 2008
3. Renewed visa and got Residence permit for one year till 30Th Oct 2009.
4. During Oct 2009 went to India on holiday and renewed visa from India on TIER 2 ICT and got entry clearance visa on 28th oct 2009 for 2 years till 15th nov 2011.
5. Extended visa from UK and got it for another one year till 29Nov 2012.

My doubt here is as as I got entry clearance again on 28th Oct 2009 will I be eligible to apply for ILR?

In any of my visits to India, my holiday was not more than 25 Days, and in total (142 days).
