ANY ONE USED A REPRESENTATION TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION-PEO

Post by girly_77lk » Sun Aug 12, 2012 6:48 pm

Hi

Just wondering if anyone of you got a solicitor to represent you? I have following questions if anyone can help soon!

1) Do you know/recommend anyone or a solicitor who can represent me at the PEO.
2) If we get a PEO, do they interview the applicant as well? or applicant can only have an appointment to give biometrics only?

I am looking to get my extentiona and bit nervous, so hope some1 could help me here.

Thanx.

What makes you nervous of being represented at PEO?

I rather get someone go through the stress than me sitting with a CW and it is gonna be difficult for me to take time off for next couple of month due to short of staff. I might be able to pop in just for biomatrics

1:
well you dont need to be nervous. anyway, we cannot refer you or recommend any lawyer here as we are not expert in this area. what you can do is search the below pharase on google and follow the links.

"immigration lawyers uk or immigration lawyers reviews

you will see a list of lawyers you can go through.

2:
normally when some is representing you the CW speaks to them not with the applicant as this what they charged you for. but you never know, each CW has its own way may be he or she ask some Q's from you as well.

hope it answers your questions.
