Currently I am working in UK under PSW dependent visa, Soon I am going to (Switch from PSW dependent to Tier2 G) apply Tier2 General from India, Can I submit UK bank statement (90 days fund maintenance) for my Tier2 visa?

There is no geographical limitation. The detailed rules are at para 145 and onwards in the T2 policy guidance, see especialliy para 154

Hi,
I have used my UK bank statements to make a entery clearance application in India and was granted the same. So no issues there as Manci pointed out already.

UK bank statements should be ok as long as they are no older then 30/31 days
