urgent help needed regarding spouse visa

Hi All,
I have couple of queries about spouse visa and I would highly appreciate if someone put me on right direction.

My current visa (PSW) is running out on 19 Sept and I am getting married on 16 Sept (with the British citizen).

Can I still be able to apply for Spouse Visa?

We are yet not living together and will move to our new house at the end of this year. So till than we gna stays in different addresses. Would it affect my application or we have to stay together before I put my application???

Someone who marries a British citizen 3 days before expiry of their visa is likely to find that the marriage comes under a great deal of scrutiny. The fact that you are also not living together will compound that.
