court of appeal

Post by net5 » Fri Aug 17, 2012 4:08 pm

on my upper tribunal determination it says that either party has 12 days to appeal the determination and in another paragraph it says 7 working days if the applicant is in detention. I just want to know if they meant 12 working days on the first part as well. Please help

if you are in detention then you need to appeal within 7days.
if not in detention you can appeal within 12 days.

if you are not satisfied with the decision of tribunal.

12 working days makes sense.

but get it confirmed from tribunal.

ring them or email them.
