Extension after 9th july ILR- count for 2years or 5 years?

Post by tot » Sat Aug 18, 2012 1:16 pm

Hi,

This may be really silly one but still thought of confirming this :

1. My wife had the initial entry clearance granted on 1st Sep 2010 for 2 years along with me. Entered UK on the 23rd Oct 2010.

2. Extension successfully granted till 1st Sep 2015 including myself and dependents.

I read this post here : http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=105679

Just still wanted to confirm whether if any extension applications after 9th july will need two year probationary requirement and not the new 5 year probationary requirement?

Thanks a lot for confirming that. Just a "Yes, 2yr" will do as answer. :)

What kind of visa did your wife enter the UK on in October 2010 (Point 1 above)?

What kind of visa does your wife currently hold and when was it issued (Point 2 above)?
