Hello,
I need some advice regarding EEA Family Permit.
I am an EEA national, exercising my treaty rights as a student. My husband is non EU national (Pakistan) and wants to apply for EEA FP. I am a bit confused as to which documents are required. I have gone through UKBA webpage several times and have read the check list provided by them. However, it would be great if someone can guide me through as I don't know anyone who can help me with this.
As far as I have understood, the following docs should be submitted along with the application:
- A copy of my passport
- Marriage certificate
- A letter declaring that he wil join me.
- A letter from my university confirming my enrolment.
- Photo's of us being together.
- Proof that I have comprehensive sickness insurance (I am hoping that WPA XS health plan should be enough?)
--------------------
Do I also need to provide my bank statement? If yes, how much amount are they looking for? Or will my letter of Award from SAAS (saying that my fees is paid) suffice?
After our marriage we have lived together for a month in his country. Should I also attach my plane tickets to show that I have been there for a month?
I have been married before. Should we attach a copy of my divorce order?
Also, we are expecting a baby. Do we need some sort of certificate to increase the chances of successful application?
Does my husband need to provide his bank statement as well?
I would be really grateful if someone can tell me what other documents are necessary.
