Except proof of founds I don’t see any other document that I need for the dependant?

My dependent is my Civil Partner?

What kind of documents will I need for him except proof of founds ??

I think for extension application , you don't need any prof as you have already proved the required in the initial application .. Please comment if I am wrong..
