First of all, it will make the process far easier if you ask your partner to fill all the relevant parts for himself. These things would make complete sense if filled by the right person.

The problem is that you are living in India and your knowledge in terms of employment regulations and taxation is not up to scratch so it is going to be too difficult to understand.
