I am a new EU-National from Poland
I've just registered with the Home Office on the Worker Registration Scheme.
Ok ! So I'm working and residing in UK...Cool !
MY WIFE is NON-EU National (She's American)
WE got married one year ago in Poland and both lived for a year in USA
In May 2004 We came to England after the EU expansion...(I didn't like America)
I came as a Worker -registering with the Home office
And my Wife (American) came as a Tourist...
Now... HOW CAN I APLY FOR MY WIFE TO STAY IN THE UK WITH ME ?
What forms do we need...
I HOPE SHE DOESN'T NEED TO RETURN TO THE US. TO APLY THERE FOR A MARRIAGE VISA...
Because WE DID NOT get married here in the UK ,on her tourist visa and then aplying for marriage visa like other couples...(in this case returning back home to aply for a marriage visa)
WE ARRIVED IN THE UK AS A MARRIED COUPLE (got married in Poland a year ago)
How can I aply for her resident -permit
Being NEW EU-NATIONAL it's HARDER I GUESS !
