Hi there.

I am a new member. i have just applied for my first uk passport. on 17 i have send some document to peterborough passport office. by special delivery. i have not heard anything from them! shall i ring them and ask whats happened?

I think if you only submitted on 17th then no point calling them just yet as it takes 3 to 4 weeks but if you know thay they have got your docs better wait for three weeks before calling them
I submitted mine on 16th and just know that they have got my docs on monday so I'll wait for 3 weeks before I give them a call
