Hi i need a very quick answer whether we can use maintainence funds after we have applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Yes, but if, for any reason, you have to re-apply (there are no appeal rights with PBS applications outside the UK) you may have a problem with your maintenance. It's only just over 3K so are you really that short of money that you need to dip into this?
