Yes, and you would need to provide the supporting paperwork, found in the policy guidance, that is required for third party capital.

Thanks for your advice. I has talked with my solicitor and he is insisting me no the Bank account should be on your name. third party only supports in case of 200,000 pounds bank statement. No in PSW case. Please provide some reference to me , then i will argue with my solictors. thanks again

Tell your solicitor to read para 56 of the policy guidance which is cited with specific regard to PSW applicants.

56.You can include money made available by other people (known as ‘a third party or parties’) but you must also provide a declaration that the money is available to you or the business that you are running, from each contributor of funds, together with confirmation that the declarations are valid. If you are relying on money held by your husband, wife or partner, they will be regarded as a third party

The business registrations have to be done within six months but the deadline for the actual investment is any time before the application to extend the visa (so any time within the three years).

Wow your lawyer/solicitor/friend give a lot of incorrect info. You really need to change to a better solicitor. There is no reason for you to be paying somebody to do the work and then you have to come in here to ask all these questions for them.

In fact, you should tell us your lawyer/solicitor's name and contact so others will not acquire their services.

Yes you can carry on with your job till you get a response from UKBA regarding your entrepreneur visa application.
