Applying visit visa for dependent - please guide me

Hi all,

I have a valid tier 1 visa expiring in 01 Dec 2012. my infant daughter is in Pakistan and she does not have UK visa now. can I apply for her visit visa first in Karachi and when she will come here in UK then I may apply for her Tier 1 dependent visa. Please advise as I need guidance ASAP.. Thanks to you all

No . iswitching from visit visa to tier1 depandant visa cannot be done while in the uk

apply for her dependent visa from home country itself...
