Do you mean that you and your wife/daughter permanently have two different addresses? If so, your situation is very complicated. Anp is right, if they find sufficient evidence of MOC, HO might revoke your residence card: According to regulations, the spouse of an EEA national is to be refused a Residence Card if the marriage is a MOC and it can afterwards be revoked if found to be so. I would probably get proactive and write a letter to HO, calmly addressing their concerns and explaining the situation in great detail.securitas wrote:she is living with doughter
Nobody can really tell you with certainty what HO will do next. It is possible that they already made a decision. In my eyes it is more probable though that they will investigate further - by asking you for clarifications, contacting your wife, reviewing your residence card application, checking your records (e.g. employment and living history), etc.securitas wrote:i neeed information on Ho next steps
