Applicant's source(3rd party) VS Source's(3rd party's)source

Post by RizKCB » Fri Sep 21, 2012 10:56 am

With Many apologise as it has already been discussed. I have some confusions about HO's verifications.
I will mention my understandings, plz advise me if I'm wrong.
What I understand is that HO can verify applicant's source of money whether its owned by applicant or third party (for which a letter format is already given by HO to be signed and legally validated by third party and applicant). But HO will not verify third party's source of income or money.

Actually I have funds from various sources but one friend is only giving me letter as a third party. I have provided all amount to that friend to act as third party for me. Will HO verify the income sources of that friend? All sources and third party is based in uk. Some of the funds are coming from Pak by money exchange and some are available here in uk in my own savings to the total of 50000.

Also should I cover employee liability insurance for my company?

The guidelines DO NOT mention anything about the source of funds whether in your account or third party account. However, it can not be predicted, if caseworker decide to investigate your or your sponsors source of income.

Yes you can buy liability insurance it starts from only £20 a month.
