Final check-list for Tier1 General extension?

Hi,

I have a in-person appointment for Tier 1 General extension next week.

Documents are:-

1. Application form filled by me.
2. Two Photos taken within 1 month.
3. Passport
4. Previous Tier1 G approval letter
5. Entry clearance (Work Permit) letter
6. Bank Statements for 12 months within last 15 months
7. Payslips for the same period.
8. Original certificate of award for Masters degree (though satisfied in previous application)
9. Bank statements for last 3 months.
10. Endorsement letter for points on my driving licence.

It would be great if you can review and comment, please.

Just wondering if all the documents listed are correct & enough
