T1 ent visa

Dear all,

I am on PSW visa now.
I just want to confirm that after getting T1 entprenuer visa ,
1> Can I work full time in company ?
2> Can I study during the this visa?
3> What is the visa duration?

Your kind answers would be appreciated.

You can only work in your business (the enterprise referred to in the application). The leave will be granted for an initial period of three years. You can study but are still subject to international fees.

Hi, Here are responses to your questions

1. You can work full time nut only for your business.
2. Yes you can study, its irrelevant to tour visa status. But to extend your entrepreneur visa, at the end of year 3 your company must be trading and you must employ atleast 2 full time staff
3.Visa will be granted for 3years

I tried finding the info in the guidance but couldn't find the section referring to working full-time or part-time for another company after getting the entrepreneur visa. Care to elaborate?

Conditions of stay
