Hello,
I'd appreciate some input regarding the following:
Assuming someone got his entry clearance post-april 6 "2012" as a Tier 2 general migrant, and that fellow is contemplating changing employers (in-country):
Would he need to resubmit all the documentations again? Or are there some documents that can be considered based on the previous application? Particularly:
1- Would his original degree need to be resubmitted? this is no longer with him (i.e. it's back home and might be ruined if sent by mail).
Would a certified copy be enough (in case degree proof is still needed)?
2- Would the English language abilities need to be proven again? I recall reading that this one is not needed if already provided in an earlier application.
It'd be great if a list of documents that do NOT need to be resubmitted is listed (if any).
Additionally:
3- Would maintenance need to be proved (if the new sponsor does not certify his willingness to cover that)? if so how much is it (£833)? and would it have to be there for 3 month as well?
4- Can this employer-switching be done at a PEO as well or is it just doable via a postal application?
5- What if the original application in the home-country required extra documents that were not listed officially in the tier 2 guidance? would they be needed again here? this would be difficult to get since these are back home
Many thanks for your time.
Finally, I'd appreciate some feedback on a second topic as well http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=111422
