Morning All,
I am new here and its my first posting...
I have ILR and already due for my British passport but I have a 25 yrs old cousin (over stayer) and her British born 3yrs old daughter, both have lived with me for about 3yrs.
I need help as to how best to apply for residence on their behalf.

Well, you cannot sponsor her / them.
Where is the other parent of the child? Is the other parent British? Are the parents married?

The other parent is no where to be found and not British
I was told I could apply for both of them as my dependant.
