Naturalisation Requirement - Help Required

Post by shoei13 » Tue Sep 25, 2012 2:24 pm

Dear All, I will be applying for Naturalisation next month. I want to know few things.

1) Do we really have to submit P60 for last 5 yrs as I do not have 5 Yr P60's.

When I applied for ILR I showed 12 months payslips.

I got 3 P60's and two P45's from my previous employers and Payslips from my current employer.

2) Do we have to submit Tenancy agreement.

Your guidance on this will be highly appreciated.

Just fill the Tax reference on the Form

they can check if they want using your Refences number.

and I want to inform you that when you submit your application 1 your after that you have obtained the ILR/PR your Application is based on Residence not on your Work

The documents That I have stated is what The NCS has took from me when Ive Applied my self and I'm a BC. if you are more worried I advice you to call an NCS office and they will tell you what you need to provide as Documentation

All the best

Thanks a lot for your prompt reply.

One last question regarding absences.

After I got my ILR last yr I went on holiday for abt 80 days but in total my absence is not more than 200 in last 5 yrs.

Those 80 days wont create any problem right?

Also, they want to know the absences including ILR period or prior to ILR when I was on Tier 1 migrant.

Thanks in advance.
