ILR application date - Please help!

I have been through ILR FAQ's but, unable to understand neither the application date nor the 28 days concept to apply for ILR settlement by making SET (O) application.

My detail is as follows;

My [b]first entry clearence stamping date was from 24/11/2007-2009 (HSMP Visa)[/b]

[b]My first entry into UK was 10/08/2008 (76 days later)[/b]

My Current visa was extended in November 2009 which is now [b]valid until 04/12/2012 (Tier 1 -General)[/b]

As per the SET (O) guidance notes my first entry into the UK was within the 3 months timeframe; hence, I am eligible for the ILR settlement.

Could anybody please advice on when I should apply for ILR setlement i.e. the first date and the cut of date to make an appointment for premium service.

Your advice would be very much appreciated.

Not sure if I understand --- My first entry into UK was 10/08/2008 (76 days later)

I think you can apply 28 days before your Tier 1 expires. eg if it expires on 28th Nov then you can apply on the 1st of Nov.

I entered into the UK on 10/02/2008 even though I was granted visa from 24/11/2007
