First time entry with Tier1 Gen visa after 18 Months

Hi Friends,

I got Tier1 General visa on March 2010. But unfortunately I was not able to travel till now. Now I am planning to travel within next couple of weeks to UK with just 5 more months valid visa.

Will I get any issue while entering into UK i.e after 18 Months?
Will I get any my extension if I get enough points?
