Hi to everyone,.
i need some advise plz
I came to UK in 2004 with student visa and i married in SEP 2007and my resident card will be expired in FEB 2013,. and both of us been working over 7 years here.
can you just tell me if i can send my PR application now or is to early?

You can apply for PR Confirmation after 5 years under the EEA regulations. The dates on the RC are irrelevant. For you this probably means September 2012 (5 years living in the UK as a married partner of EEA national working in the UK).
