last year i apply for family visit visa but it refuse and after that my appeal is also refuse now i apply for student visa what is the chance to get student visa?

1)Can you please elaborate why your family visa refused last year ?

No one can give you advice without knowing reason for refusal.

I dont think you will get your student visa as there are chances of getting rejected.

If you meet the requirements for entry clearance as a Tier 4 (General) migrant, you'll be issued the entry clearance.
Otherwise not.

This is assuming that your previous refusal(s) did not fall under the section of immigration rules that warrant entry bans for a specified period. A refusal, per se, in the past will have no affect on the outcome of entry clearance applications in the future.

Yes it is.

As long as your previous UK visa application refused without any ban mentioned in refusal letter and you dont have any bad immigration history.
