when psw dependent can apply for visa

hi all,
i want to know that the is there any time limit for psw dependent application. I mean if main psw applicant visa expires within 3 months can the dependent apply. plz i need answer. thanks

Yes. There is no time limit. Your dependent can apply even if you have 1 month expiry date. Its because its quite possible that you'd switch to another category soon if you eligible.
