BC Qualifying Period for Spouce of British Passport holder

Dear All,

I am sorry to ask this basic question of qualifying period for British Citizenship, actually I have asked this from my local Lawyers and they confused me. The question is,

Can I apply for British Citizenship if I have ILR less than 12 months?

I came to the UK on 15th June 2005 (Student Visa)
Got my PSW on 14th October 2008
Spouse visa was issued on 20th Sep 2010
ILR issued just last week on 27th Sep 2012

Can I apply for BC as I was in the UK on PSW visa exactly three years ago? OR should I wait for 1 year with ILR.
