urgent help applying in few days

Hey all,

I am applying from Australia for HSMP. I meet all the requirements and now in the process of preparing my application.
For the Past Earnings I do have :
1)bank statements for previous 12 months,
2) Payslips 12 months
3) Letter from Employee (recruitment agency )for 9 moths and 3 months current permanent job same company.
Is the Tax Return statement required?

I do have tax return completed for 2005-2006 but the total figure $ for that year i less what I am claiming for this 12 months. So the figure on 2005-2006 will not get me points required.

Tax year for this year is in June-July and I am applying for HSMP in a few days.
Do I have to submit 2005-2006 tax return?

Please help is this required only if you applying within UK?

definately required since 6 months are in Oz prev tax year.
unless you come up with some excuse like it got burnt in the bushfires. Someone did get approval (for HSMP extension), using excuse their Brit P60 was lost, not sure how their representative worded it though.

if u dont mind me asking, how does it not add up to payslips ?
you only need tax return for the Jan2006-June2006 period, if you were earning more in the recent months, supply 2 forms of the other evidence for the July2006-Dec2006 period
